Beyonce Stole My Style Controversial Singer Erykah Badu Calls Out The Queen Bey
American singer Erykah Badu has called out Beyonce for stealing her style after the Queen Bey rocked an oversized hat for a leg of her Renaissance tour.
Badu did not waste time, sharing a side-by-side of herself in one of her trademark oversized hats and Beyonce’s look.
“Hmmm. I guess I’m everybody stylist,” she wrote on her Instagram stories on Monday, July 31st 2023.
According to Page Six, Beyonce showed off a similar hat to Badu during her Renaissance tour.
When she posted the photo of the hat, Erykah Badu commented: “I’m flattered,” before taking to her Instagram stories to accuse Bey of stealing from her.
As can be expected, the Bey hive did not take the accusation kindly.
“Reaching way too far,” one fan tweeted at Badu, while another wrote, “Not Erykah Badu shading Beyoncé. Girl.”
