Daisy Lowe is showing off her post-baby body – in her bathing suit. The model shared an inspiring message with her fans and offered a mirror selfie in her swimsuit. "3 months of motherhood & this is where I am at. I am still breastfeeding. I am still me…I have to remember that 3 months isn't that long for my body to recover. I am feeling so overwhelmed with love and magic as well as exhaustion…I am sat here as Ivy has her nap. Everyone says that you should sleep while the baby sleeps… I've never been very good at listening to what everyone says 😂 I am trying to remember to be gentle on myself, that my body made our sassy little angel. This picture was taken in a moment when I was feeling very proud of what my body has achieved… and I popped on my @formandfold bikini for the first time. Biggest love and respect to all the humans out there trying to love their own incredible bodies. We are all made of stardust," she captioned the Instagram post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 6 ways Daisy Lowe stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Daisy gets her zen on. "I do transcendental meditation every morning and evening. I can feel that I haven't done it yet," she says. "For the past year and a half it's really chilled me out, which is why I'm so strict with myself. If I miss one session, I don't sleep nearly as well," she told Women's Health.

Daisy recently cut sugar out of her diet, citing the "sugar rise and fall," as the reason. "The crash can send you in such a spin that it puts negativity into everything that's going on in your day," she said. "I spent all of my teenage years shoving sugar down my neck," she explains. "And it didn't catch up with me until I was about 21 and my skin started getting really bad and my metabolism slowed down."

Lowe relies on sugar substitutes such as xylitol, agave, and maple syrup to sweeten her foods. She even published a cookbook, Sweetness & Light – a collection of nourishing desserts, snacks and breakfasts, all free from refined sugar.

Lowe doesn't diet, she told Grazia. "I just like food too much – it is one of the great pleasures." She explains that when she was 20, she went through a bad breakup and "just lost" her appetite. "I looked like a lollipop. It was horrible. My boobs went and I have never felt less feminine. It doesn't suit me," she explained. "My complete being is the opposite [of skinny]. I am quite maternal, I love to bake, I love all that homely thing."

Lowe told Grazia that she likes to work with personal trainers to help her stay in shape. "At my gym, the trainers are really like life coaches. And for the past two years it's been about them hammering all those insecurities out of me."

Lowe revealed to Harper's Bazaar her biggest skincare tip: "It has to be drinking lots of water," she says. "I can't stress this enough! It's the first thing I was told to do when I started modelling!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
